After sharing her skills of organic sourdough breadmaking in Perth for the last 7 years, this Western Australian author has finally found the time to release her first book 'Wild Sourdough'.

In conjunction with its release, Taste of Balingup will be hosting two organic sourdough breadmaking workshops and Yoke will be available to sign your new copy of her book.
